  • Ombro will post any leather wallet, bag or belt on this website from our Australia office worldwide with Aus post
  • All online orders are sent via Australia Post in Australia using Pre-Paid 500G – 5KG satchels with tracking number only
  • Postage time frames vary depending on your location in Australia or NZ

  • Ombro will take the utmost care to ensure your purchased leather goods reaches you safely, as such Ombro accepts NO responsibility for items lost within Australia or NZ Post
  • Ombro will use the shipping address you have entered at time of purchase – to avoid delays please ensure your address details, post code etc are correct
  • In the case that you have not received your order within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us so that we can check on this for you
  • If you wish to add postage insurance on goods purchased from Ombro please email your request to us at as soon as payment has been submitted for your order. Please note that additional charges will incur for this request

Ombro is a Australian and NZ owned and operated company, this website is Australian run therefore most of the leather goods will be sent from Australia, please be aware in the rare occasion some of our products are based in NZ and could be sent from NZ.

Ombro is trying there best to run this website between two countries therefore if a leather belt is coming from NZ and your a Australian customer we will post it out to you ASAP but it will take as long as the international post takes.

Our leather bags stock is in Australia therefore if you are a NZ customer purchasing a leather bag, it will be posted from Australia to NZ therfore it will take as long as the international postage takes.

Ombro will post there leather goods as soon as they can. Just be reminded sometimes leather goods are coming internationally.
